Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Bare Ritual products. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In the original packaging, including any protective wrapping or accessories
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Start a Return
- Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll provide you with a return address and any further instructions.
- Package your item securely and send it back to us.
Return Shipping Costs
- Change of mind: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
- Faulty or damaged items: We'll cover the return shipping costs in full. Just get in touch and we'll arrange everything for you.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We'll offer you the choice of:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement product sent free of charge
We may ask you to provide photos of the damage or fault so we can improve our quality control and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. These include:
- Derma rollers that have been unsealed or used
- Any product where the hygiene seal has been broken
This does not affect your statutory rights. If a hygiene-sealed item arrives faulty or damaged, we will of course honour a full refund or replacement.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider — there is often a processing delay.
- If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, get in touch with us and we'll look into it for you.
